Fillings

We use tooth-colored composite resin fillings that bond directly to your tooth and blend in with your natural enamel. No silver, no metal. Just a durable, invisible repair that looks and feels like nothing happened.

Fillings

How It Works

Dr. Lee numbs the area, removes the decayed portion of the tooth, and cleans what's left. Composite resin is applied in layers, shaped to match your tooth's natural contours, and hardened with a curing light. He adjusts your bite and polishes it smooth.

The process takes 30 to 45 minutes per tooth. You can eat normally once the numbness wears off, usually within an hour or two.

Replacing Old Metal Fillings

If you have old silver amalgam fillings that are worn, cracked, or just don't match the look you want, we can replace them with tooth-colored composite. This also gives us a chance to inspect the tooth underneath for any hidden decay.

Replacements are done one filling at a time and follow the same process as a new filling. Many patients choose to swap them out gradually over several routine visits.
